Pros

Sherpa 6 is an amazing company to work for. They put their people first and have no qualms about leaving money on the table if it does not align with the company core values. Sherpa 6 has treated me and my family extremely well over the past few years.

Cons

The only con I would have to say about working for a company that is spread out in many locations, is that it is tough to get together with coworkers in person and network.
