      Pros

      They give great benefits to part timers, and make a competitive salary compared to other similar companies. Also have a great organization. Company is very well run overall with a great business plan.

      Cons

      Not sure how often part timers get a raise in salary, and sometimes the leadership in management is lacking. It is a paint store after all, very blue collar in the end.

      Pros

      Leadership training, flexible schedule if your store has the necessary staffing, 401k match

      Cons

      If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
