If you are not top 1% talent in the industry, they will not hire you. If you're already employed by Shield AI, and your not performing at top 1% talent, they will get rid of you. They don't know how to staff accordingly with ramp ups/ in-sourcing efforts. They are trying to build an assembly line for a product that is still in R&D phase. Be prepared to wear multiple hats if you get hired on, but not compensated for the multiple job responsibilities. Tag ups and annual reviews are inconsistent and conflicting.
