Where should I start was want hired for what I applied for was told had to be an employee there six months to year before I can apply alot of favoritism no person of color as supervisor or management at all . At this point think of filing discrimination from what I've been through. No organization have worked over a year no pay raise when asked manganment just say they don't know .
