Pros
Remote work, some coworkers are great
Cons
Constantly micromanaged and talked down to by managers/VPs. There is a constant inspection of billable hours which creates a lot of stress as there have been 4+ layoffs in the past year and a half. The last batch they did quietly, laying off groups of people one day at a time over 2 weeks, which was concerning as you wouldn't know who was gone until you tried to contact them. Management never addressed the employees about said layoff since it was done this way. There is clear divide between exec leadership and everyone else. It seems they have their cliques and you can never criticize one of them without putting a target on your back. Although the company is fully remote, they pretend to respect a work/life balance when in actuality they praise those who overwork themselves and get frustrated if you do not respond when contacted after hours.
