There is still good management that can lead. But only few left. Around 10% among them.
Cons
All good in talk only. Always cheat each other even same management positions in order to fulfill own KPI. Manipulate company budget and only in charge person know. Cannot be issued, if issue this cases, bonus only get <0.2 month. Bonus only have one. So how? What can do?
