Pros

The people are friendly and the work is meaningful, a lot of ownership.

Cons

There isn't much handholding, so yo have to know your stuff and not expect to be treated like an intern. But this is a good thing if you ask me.

Pros

Incredible team - people are smart, hard working and fun. Management, mission and ethics are all very clear and honest. The fish is amazing.

Cons

Sometimes the pace can get quite intense, don't really see it as a con.

I really enjoyed my experience at Shinkei. I was given a large degree of freedom on the projects I worked on and grew as I was surrounded by some of the smartest people I've ever met,
