Pros
-Best group of engineers (ppl in general) I have ever worked with. High quality talent and people who want to build together -everyone on the team contributes and feels accountable to their work -this feels like a place I could work for 10+ years. -allowed me to grow in my role but also take on new opportunities that come up that excite me -have the ability to not only build awesome hardware/robotics but also genuinely change an outdated food industry -confident in leadership and ethics of the team
Cons
Nothing stands out yet, but hoping the growth continues. High expectations in the team but that’s what a start up needs to be successful.
