Pros

If you're Indian or a former Jacobs employee, these spineless nutjobs will hire and protect you.

Cons

Upper management is clueless, incompetent, takes no accountability, and has no foresight whatsoever, I've seen them treat current and past employees with the lowest regard. It's a dog eat dog world, women are treated horrendously and are ultimately submissive to the Indian cartel in fear of losing their jobs. I used to work on site and travel for this company before witnessing the fraud activity at corporate. Everyone is burned out and overworked, and while I was on site one of the Indian managers held all of the workers on site not allowing us to take lunch breaks!!

Pros

High growth, high potential and fast moving company. I have spent considerable amount of time both at the field and company headquarters, and all I can say is that this company, like any other growing company is moving at 10x speed and does not have place or time for people who are used to 'slacking off' or 'taking it easy' - if that's you, then don't consider this company! There is great amount of energy and purpose, which flows from top down, and you are expected to give your best each day. Some extremely talented, genuine and friendly people to work with. Beware of folks only see the negative and crib, try to identify them early and stay away! Overall, great place to work, offers a lot of flexibility due to the entrepreneurial nature and outlook of management. Days can get chaotic and hectic but don't be swayed by the negativity - you can advance your career much faster than in other company. Benefits are decent and you can travel the country for free and get paid for it too! I had to leave for personal reasons, but I wish the team all the best with the project.

Cons

Communication needs to improve. They also need a bigger HR to manage the ever growing employee population.
