Pros
Nothing positive to put here.
Cons
There is a toxic, condescending culture which trickles down from the top. People in management/leadership positions will openly badmouth others (occasionally name dropping them) in company wide meetings, and have narcissistic attitudes, occasionally stating they can do a better job than those under them and telling employees to "be smarter". Engineering team has zero structure in place. People will do others jobs (causing blockers) and be praised for it. Leadership team claims to take employees career goals seriously, then will avoid taking any steps toward said goals. Handbook says there will be performance reviews, these reviews don't happen. The company has a self described culture of caring about and wanting to do what's right by its employees, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Pays employees 20-30% under market, does not give equity, bonuses, or really any incentives. When an employee leaves or is terminated, the company does not even follow its own handbook. Company offers fully front-loaded PTO, then tries to have you pay them back at time of quitting/termination. They will jump through hoops to save themselves the smallest amounts of money, even if it means going against the handbook. Finance will dismiss concerns of employees by suggesting they have been "over-compensated". Will occasionally reward employees performance with bonuses, then three months later fire them for "performance issues" without any sort of warning or documentation in place. Company does not offer severance, refuses to pay out for unused PTO (handbook says they will), and tries to put employees last date of employment as a date prior to the actual last day. I would not recommend anybody consider working here. Would give zero stars if possible.
