      Many managers hire friends and it's often hard to get promoted

The PTO, free food, other benefits are also nice too. Our HR and leadership teams are also constantly working on programs, mentoring opportunities, and other learning tools for professional development to prepare people for new positions.

      Nice gig to make some extra money. Target stores are easier to navigate fyi.
