The work colleagues are fun individuals and the day really goes by fast because of them.
Cons
If you’re registry you will never get a raise and stay at $21.25 Forever. If you are offered a core position they offer you $19 an hour (if not lower) which they consider to be a “competitive compensation to what’s in the market.” You can make more at Costco with a whole lot less of the stress! Leadership/managers don’t appreciate their administrative coordinators, overworked them, overwhelmed them, and that is why many of us are leaving elsewhere. Bottom line, the compensation is not reflective of what the workload entails.
