Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is the best in its field. It's also the best employer I've ever had. The culture is welcoming, supportive and embraces new ideas. I always feel heard, and always feel valued. Working here has been the privilege of my career.
Cons
I feel like leadership is open to new ideas and to continually assessing policies to make the organization better. For instance, in the last few years alone, they've instituted a comprehensive DEI strategy and more competitive maternity leave. They've also given surprise bonuses to employees at large.
