Pros

Honestly not many pros at all

Cons

Minimum work hours is 45 instead of 40. Even though I was salary if I didn’t meet my 45 they would take it out of my pay even though most weeks I would work 50 to 60 hours Nothing is streamlined. Trying to get any type of reimbursement for travel was a hassle and the communication is horrible with anyone in upper corporate management. They would make you work all day sometimes in store without a break and sometimes you would work weeks on end without a day off. And very minimal benefits

Pros

An environment that allows everyone to focus solely on their work. As long as you get your work done, there's a lot of flexibility

Cons

I guess because the company is growing so rapidly, there's a little more work than usual

Cons

>Never value days off >Sales are horrible, and there's nothing to do about it >Stressful to the point you cry >Many people get hired with no qualifications, especially for management roles or higher. >Very strict on firing people when they don't get their way >Don't care if your store is going under and only care about how much money you bring in with sales (fyi not a lot) >Good luck on holidays because you will never see anyone or have a break to yourself cause they will have you working to the bone >Labor is so messed up to the point that only managers work full days and sometimes no breaks >Some people in the company are so sweet and nice >Shipment is so horrible that they will send what they want to send, and it's not even half of the things you'll need to help with sales. > Didn't even put a statement out that they were raising prices and still advertises everything is a $1 when basically it's $2 & up >There is room to move up in the company, but I rlly don't recommend it if you want to keep your sanity > If you wind up traveling for this company, you can kiss any type of life you had goodbye bcs they really don't care. And you will be exhausted to the point where you have to beg to not take another task. >Company used to be so fun that it let employees celebrate any type of holiday and had a month of fun activities to do, but all shut down
