      Hard working team members are few and far between. If you're looking to do the bare minimum and get promoted with a raise simply based on the length of time you've worked there, then this is a place for you.

      People care about each other. Most senior leaders are humane. Greer balance of appreciating our history with a clear eye on the future.

      Cons

      Lots of significant change occurring but hey find me an org that doesn’t have lots of change these days.
