      Very conservative, slow moving and paid below market rate (sometimes well below) for almost any position because of the desirability to work there.

      People care about each other. Most senior leaders are humane. Greer balance of appreciating our history with a clear eye on the future.

      Cons

      Lots of significant change occurring but hey find me an org that doesn’t have lots of change these days.
