      Pros

      Shure handled Pandemic in a great way for Associates. Very understanding about families and children needs during lockdown. Hybrid working options are now available.

      Cons

      Culture of the company does not always trickle down into IT Division. Where company was understanding during the pandemic some IT managers were not.

      People care about each other. Most senior leaders are humane. Greer balance of appreciating our history with a clear eye on the future.

      Cons

      Lots of significant change occurring but hey find me an org that doesn’t have lots of change these days.
