      Additional benefits over the compensation are so good. People is good and HR take care of the employees.

      People care about each other. Most senior leaders are humane. Greer balance of appreciating our history with a clear eye on the future.

      Cons

      Lots of significant change occurring but hey find me an org that doesn’t have lots of change these days.
