      Growth Rate, Forward Thinking, Expanding Product Line, Excellent Product and Development Investment, Culture, New Headquarter Facility, Great Location, True to Roots and Small Town Values and Great Benefits

      Cons

      Product diversity is not yet where it could or should be. Lawsuit with 3M seemed to loom large when I was employed. Executives seemed to be unapproachable for a smaller company.

      Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

      Cons

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
