Awesome co-workers who make going to work fun!

Cons

Upper Management change a few years back has killed the morale of the folks on the production floor, causing the good people to leave and the unmotivated ones to be even more unmotivated. Too many "temps" on the production floor which has hurt productivity.

Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
