      Pros

      Excellent supervisor and support staff. Great learning opportunities and overtime if desired. Fellow employees are very supportive of one another, which means a lot in such a physically demanding work environment.

      Cons

      The company has recently transitioned to twelve hour shifts at all plant locations. This has become a popular manufacturing trend. However the required duties are very demanding physically. It is very easy to wear yourself out and/or develop an injury.

      Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

      Cons

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
