      People are comfortable and don't have an urgency to transform. The new CEO has great ideas and plans, but it doesn't translate into action through all levels

      Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
