Pros
Only co-op student so there is work. The people in engineering, management, and on the floor are mostly polite. They do pay for your housing during the duration of your stay.
Cons
The work can be very slow and mundane. There were multiple days when I would walk around the manufacturing floor and just watch the machines run. I would try to stay busy by writing notes and trying to find projects to work on, but overall, it seemed at times like Shurtape was not ready for a co-op.
