      High-integrity company Focused on innovation to gain market share Good health plans and trys to prevent rather than fix health issues (young management) Usually feels like a family-run company

      Cons

      Small company taking on 3M; doesn't have the resources to do that (can't match 3M in adhesive tape product breadth) Difficult to find meaningful product differentiation in tapes

      Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
