      Every department runs like a silo. Some departments have more freedom than others just depends on who your manager is. People leaving every week. No diversity in the office at all, only in production you'll see minorities.

      Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
