Value employee ideas for improvement. Opportunity for employees to receive free tickets to CLE sporting and concert events.

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
