      Great company, saftey first. Bonuses, and 2 weeks off at Christmas time.

      Cons

      When business is slow, you might get cut back to 32 hours a week. When business is high, you may have to work 50+ hours a week.

      Work/life balance is okay. Mon & Fri are WFH days.

      Cons

      Poor sales leadership leading to massive turnover and stalled growth resulting into higher stress - tighter budgets, politics, and finger pointing in the business. Continued bit-by-bit erosion of employment benefits and perks.
