Pros
Good work-life balance No much stress Excellent co-workers (willing to share knowledge) Correct salary until 2008 (little bit more than industry average) Flexible working hours International projects New technologies
Cons
After 2006/2007/2008 everything went south: frozen salaries, no new projects (only long term maintenance projects), inadequate middle management, almost no new employees Career change can occur only by chance, not by hard work. Career tracking process is absolutely useless (professional achievements does not influence anything: salary, promotions, etc) Constant reorganization (but only on paper - in reality nothing was changed) Inflexibility Best engineers start leaving the company. (No replacement for them. Not even interns.)
