Interesting product groups with engaging senior leaders Compensation is pretty good but not exceptional Reward top talent well, have begun to put an emphasis on recruiting newer, smarter grads

Large hierarchy, hard to move up the rankings due to very structured system; upper management can be distant from the normal employee Some parts of the company lacking the excitement factor, a lot of older employees who seem part of the system
