Pros
They have good benefits compared to other companies. You can learn lots of new stuff if you don't mind doing it on your own time. The company name seems to carry a lot of weight. They are into interesting technology.
Cons
Siemens wants its pound of flesh. If your division is small it can make the year-to-year outcomes look bad and that's when you will start to get "help". The help appears to be the last nail in the coffin when there isn't vast improvement. I wouldn't work for them again because of the way they conduct employee reviews and feedback they give. If you are "old" look somewhere else. They consider experience a commodity.
