Poor management and leadership, bad internal decisions and not room for internal changes. The company does not live their stated values. The reality is - it’s a backstabbing, cut throat, toxic culture. Sexism is something management prefers not to notice. Diversity and inclusion are just words and marketing talk, inclusion policies just for a few. They don’t care about your family situation either. They’ll use all that against you. Heartless people. No growth despite it being a very large company. Each team works in silos and technology and tools are not easily shared. HR don’t care about employees.
