Raul Sierra and his staff don't care about their employees. They underpay you and let you know that you are replaceable. Until the Department of Labor stepped in and rolled in the employee's favor did they make a change. Over half of their employees quit and found other jobs. They are shady and underhanded. Do not work for this company!

We go through an extensive wage and labor study process as we submit proposals for contracts to ensure we are competitive. While yours is an uncommon experience, we are truly sorry that this was your experience with our team.
Tasking is weird as to things you can and can’t do as a contractor but still being asked to do things that seem outside your realm. Sometimes can be overwhelming. Management does not take time to really get to know their employees. I feel like a number going through the system and not a person.
