      Awesome coworkers, great products, chill atmosphere

      Cons

      Credit card sign-ups (most companies do this too, so it's not specific to Sierra) Some of the management (at my store) is beyond incompetent - the "bad" ones are nice, but they barely do anything and assigned some jobs THEY are supposed to do to people under them

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

      Cons

      Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
