Pros
Network is wide open in terms of access and troubleshooting point of view. Since, it is one of the oldest and top 10, ISP's in india, it offers a variety of network services via RF, leased line, dongle, VSAT. if you really want to learn the very basic to comolex hierarchical traffic movement of network connectivity, i must say this is the place you really should come and work Specially for those who are a part of WSG, SOT, TAC or NETOPS team. There's a lot on the plate to learn and grow. For beginner's, its like a mine. Lot to learn and explore.
Cons
1. To much pressure to handle, deadline, ETR, SLa, escalation...etc. 2. No work, life balance. 3. Salary is not as per industry standard, particularly when you compare the kind of work you are doing and what you are being paid. 4. If you are an associate or junior, you will be badly treated by your senior colleagues and sometimes by manager too. 5. No cab facility, no conveyance, no snacks... Nothing. 6. and, lastly but worse..sometimes they (sr.Colleagues) use vulgar and very offensive languages.
