      Good place to work for field crews. Office workers seem to be under a lot of pressure.

      Cons

      Could have managed the layoff situation better. No loyalty to workers that have been employed 5 or more years. Lost good experienced workers and kept ones that seem to be more popular but not as experienced

      Honestly, the changes Signal has been making within the last year has changed my perspective on the company. A lot of great things are coming. The chance to move up has become reachable no matter what gender you are.
