Pros
Pay was okay, but not the best. People on the field side were great to work with. A lot of raw talent.
Cons
So many to list. Company claims to be focused on 9 core values. However, they are willing to throw those out the window to get production numbers. One of their first core values is integrity, yet corporate has no problems lying to the owners, or asking management on site to lie to the owners, about how well production is going. Another core value is "develop leaders", yet they really show no aptitude for this, unless they are training people to lie. A third core value is "Look Ahead". This is completely debunked by the fact that they work with a particular subcontractor on all of their jobs, who refuses to do a good job, and Signal doesn't do anything about it. Rather than get rid of the sub (whose owner happens to be "besties" with one of the higher executives), they are willing to sacrifice the quality of the build or remediate everything themselves, which cuts into their profit margin, Corporate then blames the management in the field for "not doing their jobs from the beginning" and doesn't pay bonuses as promised.
