Pros
A well led company with a firm identity and strong ethical compass. The current slate of project work is technically interesting and our engineering staff are engaged. As a small company even newly hired employees have the ability for meaningful contributions. Signalscape embraces families.
Cons
The bulk of the company are mid-career or later and quite capable of working with little guidance. The company has had mixed results mentoring interns, though this has improved in the past year. There is not much of a formal ladder to climb, so career growth needs to be viewed through a non-traditional lense. This may b hard for some people.
