      Pros

      Co-workers were very wonderful and caring individuals. They showed compassion for families and the residents. Teamwork was amazing. Long term years of service for management and RN/LPN employees. High turnover for CNAs. Therapy and nursing work well together. I worked at a smaller, rural LTC facility less than 100 bed occupancy.

      Cons

      Did not adjust to change well. Liked the ideas but implementation difficult mainly due to length of employment by management. Salaries not so good compared to competitors. Corporate would not invest funds to update facility. Old appearing. Required paint scheme that was horrid for mountainous area. We didn't live in the southwest. Fresh paint doesn't fix an old building!

      Working residents is a fulfilling and rewarding job

      Cons

      Management is a mess. Hard to tell who is even in charge. Then there is no help with difficult situations.
