Poor management that has been there for far too long. No regard for staffing issues or health and welfare of residents. Management doesn’t care, has never cared and never will as long as they get paid big bucks to hide mistakes, errors and abuse. I had to leave because I valued my nursing license and was bullied for trying to do the right and ethical thing. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you don't care about people. No one will care if you're not an ethical person, they welcome it.
