The people are caring especially at the facility and regional level. The pay was very fair if not more than fair. My own team and supervisor were absolutely wonderful.
Cons
It felt impossible to make any impact here. I know much of this can be blamed on COVID and perhaps some of my own personal failings. But I really felt most days like I had no idea what to do. None of my contributions ever felt valuable in comparison to everything else the facilities were dealing with. When I visited the facilities, I only felt like I was in the way.
