Pros
Dept. heads have good earning potential on paper but....
Cons
with the good salary comes the expectation of a 12 to 14 hr, work day and the weekends are often needed/ worked to get reports and task completed! In the end, with that considered the pay is low. Upper management/Regional team show no appreciation, support, or integrity. Turnover is HORRENDOUS!!!! The company's spiritual and mission statement is just a marketing poly.
