Quiet place sometimes, health insurance is OK.

Cons

Old technology...but really, old. Lack of leadership People that are in management have only worked in this place their entire life so they lack real world experience or leadership.

On the surface things look reasonable.

Cons

Doesn't take long to figure out the environment is quite toxic. Lots of disgruntled employees management that is clueless or choose to be clueless. In some departments plenty of finger pointing with employees avoiding their duties. In other words just poor management with a good old boy.
