Pros
lots of incentives to make extra money/win prizes depending on the branch, the bigger the better. Fun environment and training was on certain type of selling but prescriptive. Helps to have passion for the products and great learning curve.
Cons
After doing a Jet1, not much career progression unless you move stores. They have lowered the commission as well as raising targets which puts a lot of pressure on senior management. Head office is quite cliquey and would tend to butt heads with branch staff regarding services and communication. The only victim are the customers and the brand
