Sterling is focused on its many different standards. Standards set in place to measure the performance of the individuals working in the store. As long as your standards are at or above the minimum, you could be promoted.
Cons
You are only as good as you are today and tomorrow. Sterling, like many sales focused companies, only care about what you do today and tomorrow, not yesterday or last year.
