Pros
Excellent matching 401K, stock options and discounts. Many advancement opportunities if desired. Many locations to choose from. Always meeting new people.
Cons
Not knowing schedule more than a week at a time, credit driven not customer satisfaction driven, manager is also commission based so there is alot of competition on the store level for customer. The sales goals for part time employees are figured higher than full time employees. Retention of new hires is very low. Pay increases are only given if standards are 6 for 6, no matter how dedicated and strong seller the sales rep is.
