Cons
Management not properly trained. Many mgrs are hired because they young and "affordable" with some sales knowledge. So many lack proper training and experience. Many mgrs are inadequate and unfit for their job title. Standards are not hard to achieve and fairly calculated but obtaining Credit Applications is almost harassment. Preying on youth, elderly, and incompetent to achieve these (financing) goals is immoral and often illegal. Ton of negative press. Always have to be ready defend your company as it is daily the news. Newer commission structure really hurts new associates. Security has been cut in most stores and crime has risen to an alarming rate. Zero holidays, family life.
