Pros
It is a struggle to think of any pros to be honest. • It is nice to be able to shop at the employee store & spread your purchase out over your paycheck. • I was fortunate to meet some nice people and develop friendships with my coworkers.
Cons
• The pay is not comparative to the industry or what the workload is that is demand of you. • They claim to want feedback & new ideas but really all they desire is someone to do what they are told and not question anything. • The company to extremely “top heavy” with management and executive positions. They will eliminate “worker bees” while bringing in additional management. • There is constant “restructuring” that are used to eliminate positions and give the remaining employees additional work & responsibilities. • There is no acknowledgement of what is being asked to be completed, the deadlines given, or what is involved in the request. When work is completed, there is no appreciation or gratitude. • Upper management is woefully unqualified for the roles that they are in with no understanding of the job. • Management is blatantly obvious in playing favorites. If you are not a “favorite”, your job will be in jeopardy.
