Pros
company is glad to hire you and provide tons of pluses about working for them at their Jared galleria of jewelry locations. for low pay starting $10
Cons
There is no competitive pay. If you become a jewler after being an apprentice the pay may be $2 increase. The company also prefers you working this job only since its considered a trade. You can not make a living on $10 an hour in this day and age. Worked with the company for 2 years and I was even flown out to corporate Akron Ohio for training all paid for. BUT still a year later no promotion or training to be a jeweler. The manager said to me I was to good at taking care of the apprentice work so that held me back from moving up because of all the work that was need it provided zero time to get any time on the bench for promotion
