• You will be let go for mistakes even though you shouldn’t have been left un-monitored when working in a role that LITERALLY IMPLIES you don’t know what you are doing. • On your feet or hunched over a desk all day long. • Clerical work is 100% more pushed on feminine presenting people. • Short lunches. • Hours are ridiculous. • May be pressured to stay late to “help out” even though you aren’t scheduled to work past certain hours. • Your manager may use the “straightforward values” as an excuse to be cruel. • Management will act as if any explicit instruction is unnecessary and then blame you for “not asking enough questions” when things go wrong. • Disrespectful towards minorities in general even though the company claims to be inclusive • Impatient with learning disabilities. • Inappropriate political, religious, and otherwise personal conversations during working hours between coworkers and management. • There is not nearly enough work to go around for the amount of apprentices in the shop, and you are looked down on when you ask for instruction or guidance if regular duties are already being done by others. • Manager will take an extra long break for a haircut, but exceptions can’t be made for traffic incidents. • Incredibly disorganized and disgusting workplace, never clean. • Starting pay is way too low for the amount of manual labor you do throughout the day. • Loud and offensive music is played often.
