Cons
Too many directors and managers with no reports, not enough analysts, senior analysts, and even assistant managers. Unfortunately, it is near impossible to move up the ladder, no matter how hungry you are for growth and how much initiative you show. You will be told by management that the company is in a hiring freeze as an excuse. Their idea of growth is adding more responsibility and tasks to your plate without increase in pay or title change. It seems to be a select few are eligible for opportunity based on their favor with upper management. Management does not respect boundaries and has unrealistic expectations for employees. 7 company holidays (seriously?!) PTO is for sick days AND vacation Pay isn’t great. Annual calibration was less than the inflation rate. No longer have LinkedIn Learning access
